Took both an Opel Mokka e and a BYD Atto 3 for a test drive. The sales rep, Chad Bowles, was extremely helpful and was able to answer all our questions

We don't take our vehicle to be fixed or serviced here anymore as they didn't pick up a common fault that this model had been experiencing, telling us there was nothing wrong with it. We took it elsewhere and it was immediately diagnosed and repaired with Holden covering the cost. Services were also way more expensive than we can get them done elsewhere. The not being able to talk directly to a mechanic was also an issue for us as the girl taking notes didn't take the details very well

It drives alright. It's a little noisier than some but not the loudest in the cab. I'd take an auto over my manual any day. It handles well. As for price it's was the best value for money.

Everytime I've booked online for a service I've turned up (after receiving booking confirmation email) and I've been told there's no record of my booking. Then after I finally got a service I needed a radiator replacement, booked in person this time. Turned up a week later bright and early only to be told they never ordered the part...ok sweet... we'll order it and book you in next week. Next week rolls around, turn up...oh wait, part never arrived, go home, we'll call you when it does. Book it in over the phone once parts turned up, make my way there, no record of loan car being booked. I live on the other side of Hamilton, I work nightshifts. 4 weeks of sacrificed sleep for nothing. I've never been one to complain but 4 weeks of 1 hour of sleep, driving through morning traffic only to be turned away each time is emotionally wrecking.

Had roof racks and boot liner put in. Was done in good time. Place looks and feels very professional

I am grateful and thankful for the fact that I called them some weeks ago to get my car inspected. There is an online option to book services, so that's handy and useful. It even displays how much it would cost and which service you'd like.Ended up being majorly busy but the mechanic said that I could bring it in to be inspected. Expected cost was about $150, if it was longer they would call me and check it it's okay. I also feel sorry for the receptionist because it was clear she was stressed and frustrated at having such an already packed day, and then adding my car in as wellDidn't get a call, invoice and information wasn't documented as I went in the office about 15mins before it closed. Had I not arrived I wouldn't have gotten it until the next day or soNot bad, but not the best either

Only one charger, which will charge to 100%, so if someone changes up to 100% it can be a long wait. No coffee but Volkswagen are nice and let you use their toilets.

1stly supply n demand, had to pay $11,000.00 over RRP.Paid extra for extended warranty and road side rescue.Less than 2000kms radiator hose blew off after 4hrs of waiting for roadside rescue I had to fix myself and make multiple trips to get enough water to refill.Nut fell off steering causing crash.3 months after damage the factory in cab trailer brake controller stopped working and they made the excuse it was due to the damage which happened 3 months earlier.Took it in for service and explained that even in AWD it seemed like the centre diff is locked like in 4wd high n low.10hrs later I go pick it up and not fixed.Have trouble with exhaust brake binding and not disengaging, told them many times and not attempt to fix .Owned the 180k ute for not even 1yr yet. Have had to use there 2wd Dmax with 1/2 the towing capacity less than half the power and 1/3 the torque, plus none of the essential items I specifically brought that ute for. Due to the numerous breakdowns.Asked them to buy the ute back and they only offering 50% of what I pd less than a year ago.

If there's one thing I give Ebbett Holden is consistency. Consistently disappointing.It's fantastic knowing you will get poor communication and poor customer service every single time you have to deal with them.There's no point asking the customer what time they need their car by if you're never going to meet those expectations. Also no call to say you're not going to meet that timeframe is just perfect. I love not knowing what's going on.Bonus of when you pick your car up in the morning the windscreen is frozen over with no care after they hand you back the keys.The previous time management said oh so sorry about the run around
