Excellent work done in a timely fashion on a pair of my wife’s gold earrings, changing the clasp to a post she could wear through a pierced ear to make it more comfortable. Really nice finish, the quality of the work is excellent, and it was done at request within the week in order to have them ready for my wife’s birthday. Came in at $110 dollars for Stirling silver parts and labour, and the team were able to source a really nice leather box as well for $10 (included in the price). Excellent customer service, really pleased with the result, would definitely recommend. Wife is pleased with the result! (phew)

A very late but well deserved review. My engagement ring snapped in between the small diamonds last summer, not an easy fix. Wayne did an amazing job repairing it, you wouldn’t know it happened even upon close inspection. He was so nice to me and my partner and cleaned my rings while we went and had coffee. It’s not the most valuable piece of jewellery but to me it means the whole world and he picked up on that and treated it as such. Thanks Wayne!

We had a wonderful time finding gems to bring back home. Colin and his wife were so friendly and helpful. Colin was so knowledgeable about rocks and minerals, it was so impressive. Had a lovely time talking to them both.

Will never use this business again. Colin can't be trusted with cutting customers material. What a real shame. Very disappointing, you would think your old enough to know better than to rip off your own customers.

Great service, had a phone call about accidently overpaid freight and they offered refund. I said I'd rather make up the difference in a rock polishing product and they were happy to do it.Awesome customer service - they go above and beyond. Thanks guys.

I had a good experience getting an engagement and two wedding rings from Anthony, Ariana and the team. It's nice to work with locals rather than a franchise. Rings are fairly priced and staff are professional.
