Gaby was so lovely and informative when I needed some extra advice, and my friend and I left the store feeling well looked after. The stores are superb and the in-store service, product and expertise excellent -- try their on-line service and you get the complete opposite. What a disaster & disservice to the Brand - all the good work that is done store front is completely lost when you try to order on-line - my orders have been mislaid, there is no shipping advice, no communication and nothing done in a timely fashion - very disappointing someone needs to take a really good look at what is happening in the Pick & Pack department for T2 on-line..
