We had a wonderful time finding gems to bring back home. Colin and his wife were so friendly and helpful. Colin was so knowledgeable about rocks and minerals, it was so impressive. Had a lovely time talking to them both.

Will never use this business again. Colin can't be trusted with cutting customers material. What a real shame. Very disappointing, you would think your old enough to know better than to rip off your own customers.

Great service, had a phone call about accidently overpaid freight and they offered refund. I said I'd rather make up the difference in a rock polishing product and they were happy to do it.Awesome customer service - they go above and beyond. Thanks guys.

Very poor customer service from everyone there, but if we asked a question, the staff answered, but were rude about it. However, they have a large quantity of geode cuts with generally reasonable prices but were still too expensive for me. Their tumbled crystals were a bit expensive compared to the other crystal stores I've been to. Rated 2 because of bad customer service.
