Really helpful and awesome owner or manager? I went in because my dogs have run out before my online order came. Now I've cancelled my online order and am getting my 6 dogs' food from here. Great customer service. Thanks so much for your help

Just made a trip to this store to look for toys and came across a poor little kitten locked in a cage with almost no air in the glass cabinet. Looked like it would pass out. Told the owner and he didn’t want do anything to help the kitten. After all that I had to report to animal control to get him caught as we have been there a couple times and noticed a few times now I’ve had enough so had to report. Not good enough. Felt like I had to get it out to save the kitten

They have got a cat trapped in a glass cage with not much air, mentioned to owner he just said there is air con in the building we told him the cat does not look good and looks like it's struggling, he doesn't seem bothered, cat could hardly stand up right kept flopping to the side, we have called animal control.. this is not the first time we have noticed there animals being mistreated and not looked after at all..

Love this store for all my pets needs.I have bought 2 puppies from this store also, a year apart. They are just the best little dogs, healthy, active, and the most superb natured dogs.No issues whatsoever and would gladly keep shopping here.The pups are always really looked after while in store.
