Walked in like every LOTR fan would and wasn’t sure what to expect as we were sure they are getting fans visiting all the time.We ended up being absolutely surprised by the amazing service and hospitality in this shop,Jamie the amazing sales associate immediately welcomed us and showed us all the amazing ring related artifacts they have in the store together with incredibly interesting stories about the store part in LOTR.The Jewelry in this shop is amazing and I ended up sneaking back and buying my girlfriend an anniversary gift, Jamie did everything to make sure i get the right version of what i chose and packaged it to perfection.My girlfriend was absolutely floored from the gift and the fact that it came from the same people that forged the one ring.I would recommend this place even if you are not a LOTR fan as their quality and service are un matched and the prices are absolutely reasonable!

My (now fiance) used Kennett to design and create my ring - it is so beautiful! Sounds like the whole process worked great, and when I went to the store to have the ring resized the staff were wonderful.The ring is amazing and so great to have it come from such a historic Christchurch jeweler.

Received a pair of earrings for Christmas from my granddaughter, they were purchased at Jamies, Frankton, Queenstown, (New Zealand). Unfortunately six weeks later the post on the back of one broke off. I happened to be there in January and returned earrings hoping Jamies would replace or fix.The sales assistant was most helpful saying they did not have that particular earring in stock at that time but would send it back to the manufacturer (in Australia) to be repaired/replaced. They kept me informed on progress the whole way through, even down to phoning me the day before they couriered them back to me at my distant home town address ... I received them one day later.Excellent service for a small jeweller other businesses should follow example of good customer service, I would definitely buy from them again.

If i could give minus stars i would ..they destroyed my engagement ring and took no responsibilty for it after getting it replated i lost some of the detailing..i am emotionally scarred by this experience...i am now getting a really lovely custom made ring...not by them.
