Walked in like every LOTR fan would and wasn’t sure what to expect as we were sure they are getting fans visiting all the time.We ended up being absolutely surprised by the amazing service and hospitality in this shop,Jamie the amazing sales associate immediately welcomed us and showed us all the amazing ring related artifacts they have in the store together with incredibly interesting stories about the store part in LOTR.The Jewelry in this shop is amazing and I ended up sneaking back and buying my girlfriend an anniversary gift, Jamie did everything to make sure i get the right version of what i chose and packaged it to perfection.My girlfriend was absolutely floored from the gift and the fact that it came from the same people that forged the one ring.I would recommend this place even if you are not a LOTR fan as their quality and service are un matched and the prices are absolutely reasonable!

My wife and I ordered elvish wedding rings in red gold from Jens Hansen back in March 2020. We were afraid of ordering rings we had not tried on, but we took the plunge and we were not disappointed! The customer service was great. They made sure everything was precisely the way we wanted. When they arrived, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful craftsmanship. My particular ring is quite hefty (I was hoping it would be!). The day of our wedding finally arrived in October and waiting to wear these beautiful works of art was quite difficult for both of us! I wish to thank all the masters and people who handle customers for their craftsmanship and excellent service!Rings and chains are so beautiful, and they look perfect - just as I remember them from the movie. Well, with the only difference that I bough the silver ring)At first, I hesitated to make a purchase, because their delivery service didn't ship to Russia. I wanted to use a mail forwarder, who takes some extra payment for their service, but was unsure if FedEx will handle my case. But people from customer service told me it is okay to ship this way, and now I'm a happy owner of these beautiful pieces.I hope to visit your store and workshop one day in person with my fiancee and pick our wedding rings)

I bought this ring from Jens Hansen for my fiance as an engagement/wedding ring. I have always known I wanted to get him this ring as he is a huge Lord of the Rings fan. I found a lot of similar options online, but Jens Hansen is the jeweler who made the ring for the movies and promised this would be an exact replica. I ordered it and hoped for the best. I was worried it would be light or cheap but once I got it I was immediately thrilled! It is heavy, solid, and so impressive! I also loved the box it came in which we will always keep! If you are considering purchasing from Jens Hansen my recommendation would be to not hesitate. We were very impressed with the quality of the ring we purchased.

Where is the 10 star rating?Been a LOTR geek long before the movies, so when I planned my holidays in New Zealand I just knew that I needed to buy The One Ring from Jens Hansen. My PRECIOUS has arrived and I feel as happy as Gollum( now I understand him even better why he was so obsessed with this ring)As soon as I opened the beautiful box, it was there, staring at me. I couldn’t help but put it on my finger straight away. It just fitted like magic, so smooth and heavy feel. I’m talking about utter quality and craftsmanship here and it couldn’t get more original than this, your ring comes from Middle Earth.... Even the box that the ring is presented in is carved in elvish and so beautifully presented. Service from start to finish is tops and the whole process is worth every penny. I’m very happy with the whole process, first, the order was fulfilled within almost a week, which is great considering customised engraving. The package was delivered the following day. And the packaging was so nice and neat with attention to all the details. I didn’t review the product right away, was waiting for my husband’s reaction :) well, he is very pleased to say the least! :) we’ll definitely be ordering more!
