Excellent and thorough pocketwatch valuation done by Gerald. At first, there was a bit of miscommunication and I ended up getting double charged for the job since he had to spend considerably more time on the valuation than he first thought. He was super apologetic about this and refunded me the extra cost. Gerald clearly knows his stuff, is a friendly chap, and goes the extra mile to get things sorted. Great service, highly recommended.
