Wonderful service! So helpful, cleaned my rings like new and helped me sort out my late Mum's jewelry at short notice even though he was busy. Also has some lovely pieces for sale.Highly recommended.

We had a great experience having our rings made by David, he made the whole process very easy and enjoyable and we've ended up with rings we love and admire daily. I had my heart set on having a morganite stone in my engagement ring and he helped us choose a design that was exactly what I was after. He then made a wedding band that fitted around it perfectly. My husband was a touch more indecisive in what he wanted but David was incredibly helpful and showed us examples of different ring options we could base it off. Rawson Brothers were exceptional. Had an engagement ring designed with David and he was incredibly helpful, getting the balance right of giving great advice and ideas but also listening to customer thoughts. Deadline was very tight and David made sure it was finished as early as possible. A slight resize was needed and David had it done flawlessly the following day. A great friendly jeweller with excellent service, highly recommended.

Some 10 years ago had my wedding band made at another establishment, took this in and had my eternity ring made at Rawson Brothers with no problems... makes my wedding set perfect. So stoaked..

The clasp on my Citizen EcoDrive watch strap broke. Jewellery chain store that the watch was originally purchased from gave a ridiculous quote to replace it. David was recommended to me by a friend. Clasp was replaced in a good timeframe and less than the very reasonable quote I was given. Had rings resized, cleaned, had musical locket watch battery replaced, had my dads watch glass face replaced which is over 40yrs old. Every time been a good service especially knowing my items stay on site and not sent off. Enquired on gold chains never felt pressured to buy just honest advice. 150% recommend this place
