I was away and needed help with finding the perfect gift for my partner. With 1 phone call Bronte was able to send me some pics via email for me to look at. I asked her to put 2 aside , which she did until I got there the afternoon after. Bronte and the team there were awesome. Having dealt with this delightful store several times in the past I used them for replacing my watch battery yesterday. They are just great, the knowledge and service they offer is the best and is always done with a smile. Celine served me and I can highly recommend her delightful manner. Do yourself a favor and use this store next time you're looking for that special gift - better choice, better service and no dearer than the big branded chains of jewellery stores.

After a few minutes talking with Susie about a special gift I was wanting, she knew EXACTLY what I wanted, sourced the stone and made it to perfection.Just don't waste your time going anywhere else.
