Had a failed fuel pump, and got an estimate for a replacement with my exact make and model. Had to remove the fuel tank to replace and charged triple the quote. Lost all the fuel out of the tank, and scratched up the paint on the roof with dents and drag marks. Negotiated down to double the original quote. Avoid.

Had WOF and they found a fault and quoted $1200 more to repair it than the 2 other mechanics I took it to. When I asked the other mechanics why they couldnt figure out how they could've made it that expensive but Im definitely dissapointed I didnt get a second opinion. Each time Ive taken my car theres been $$$ work needed, last time they fixed my car it was around $900 for something that was probably $300 elsewhere. Pays to get a few quotes. (But 3 star because the staff are nice to deal with and some mechanics are tough as nails)
