Very disappointing.. they call drop of my Jaguar XF 2009.After drop off my Jaguar XF 10am I’ve got a tx to pick up my Jaguar XF.. they couldn’t find the problem. And they charge me with diagnoses labour. So I finish work I pick up the car straight home. So I decided to open the trunk cause I forgot my supplements bottle inside the trunk.. all the covers inside the trunk are all strip away not putting back .. I’ve got all pictures and they service was not treated the same with others..

If you buy a used car from them get it checked by a reputable third party first, don't rely on their pre-sale service. Make sure they sort any problems properly, don't let them put you off. Buy spares elsewhere, their charges are astronomical. Also, check if the full tool kit is included. I have just discovered that I would not have been able to change a wheel if I had a puncture. That's a safety issue with a 4x4!

Terrible customer service. We brought a new Volvo XC90. Our first Volvo we owned. Less than a week later we had issues with the air suspension and the car had to be towed back to the dealer.2 weeks later we had water leaking inside behind the rear vision mirror In a car wash. Now the car filled up with water when we park it in the rain. Armstrongs and Volvo refuse to do anything about it even though it's being doing it since new. Lesson learnt. DO NOT BY VOLVO, DO NOT BUY FROM ARMSTRONGS. We learnt from our first and last.

My experience with Archibald & Shorter North Shore was an exceptional one and this is all because of Jamie Devitt. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest and understand my need very well. Although there has been some disappointment in the delivery, but due to Jamie's excellent customer service and constantly following up and keeping me updated, the whole buying process was a happy and enjoyable one. If I was being asked whether will I recommend Archibald & Shorter North Shore to anyone, my answer is definitely a YES and I will certainly say Look for Jamie
