In lockdown and near resene, I called to see if I could get a few colour charts, no problem the young man bought them out for me.Ordered testpots, 1 not available they suggested an alternative, given a time, arrived and parcel was promptly bought out.Great service thank you Resene.

Stopped by on our way through town to grab some test pots only to find the store had closed at least 20 mins early. According to Google and info on the store door they should have been open until 5.30. Pretty unprofessional and disappointing!

Chelsea at the Palmerston North branch was super helpful; we had tried (and failed) to do some paint matching, and she not only helped us select the closest shade, she gave us fantastic advice on how to actually do the painting. 10/10, will be back for any future painting projects!

Came in to buy primer. Stood there for 20 minutes while the guy hummed and haa'd staring at a screen. Seems like the staff don't know much about paint. Used to be a regular customer but alas!

Our shop brought paint of resene s years ago needed 1 L paint to tidy wall up Took old can with paint hard because it had batch number etc on it Staff person mixed 1 L then put old paint in shaker wow another Litre of paint great service

Shopped at the store today. An elderly gentleman was being served and the staff member asked if he would like her to get him a seat while his order was being prepared. Heart warming stuff. Fantastic customer service !
