Crown Lift Trucks - Auckland
Very poor service my two staffs has done their forklift training for the first time and I specified on the email what training they need. They were not given all training as requested. It's been over 2 weeks now I've chasing for an outcome of their training no one is even replying. The CS manager training tells me Sorry I am working on a major project that needs to be finalised today"...what about customers??????how can you run business without customers."

Went in to get some bearring seals today but didnt find one that fitted exactly. These guys looked at the catalogue and even rung around to find out whether others are stocking this. In the end brought the hub in to find a suitable one. I love the initiative as well as the excellent customer service provided these guys. It was well worth the drive for me on the other side of town!

After my old Vibiemme approached the end of its life, I have purchased a new Vibiemme Domobar Super from the cool kids at Espresso Engineers. Awesome service. Friendly and nothings too much trouble. One of the two Mels was generous with her time and gave me a good training session so I could get up and running on my machine pronto. Best coffee i've ever made at home. Happiness abounds. Espresso Engineers is tops
