Very disappointing.. they call drop of my Jaguar XF 2009.After drop off my Jaguar XF 10am I’ve got a tx to pick up my Jaguar XF.. they couldn’t find the problem. And they charge me with diagnoses labour. So I finish work I pick up the car straight home. So I decided to open the trunk cause I forgot my supplements bottle inside the trunk.. all the covers inside the trunk are all strip away not putting back .. I’ve got all pictures and they service was not treated the same with others..

My partner and I loved our experience at the dealership. We bought our XC40 from Patricia who was FANTASTIC, she never forced us to make a sale, this alone separated them from all the other dealerships we went to. Everyone at the dealership took good care of us, especially Patricia and Anastasia; they were kind and friendly and made the whole buying experience wonderful. Oh, and they have lovely coffee, too.If you're ever trying to get a Volvo, talk to Patricia.

My husband and I picked up our new Volvo XC40 today that we bought from Patricia. It was such an amazing experience dealing with her . So attentive and patient and not pushing us just to make a sale. She went above and beyond put us into the car we wanted. Cameron was a wizard with the numbers and made everything effortless . This may be our first Volvo but will definitely not be our last. Thank you so much for all your hard work and we are very very happy with our new baby .

Great range of the Volvo brand and the sales representative we meet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but not a pushy selling lady. She listened to our needs and wants and allowed us to explain our requirements, circumstances and reasons to be looking for the size and type of car we wanted to be looking at, which is the XC40 range, the perfect size of SUV we will be acquiring in the not too distant future.

Great friendly and professional service because you spend top dollar.. thats where this ends.Very frustrated that after selling a car for 180k they don't even store a simple spare part as window glass, in the event someone breaks into your car or an accident be prepared to wait 3-months or more. Even worst they won't store your car or provide a service car so I had to find a external repair shop. Very disappointed in the after sales service and never again will I recommend or buy another vehicle off them again.

Really great staff here. I was only buying a trade in worth far less than their usual. But they treated me like any other customer. But if you have deeper pockets than mine you'll appreciate their show rooms. Immaculately shiny cars and good range on display. No pun intended. They have full service and valet departments here as well so if you're in need of a Range Rover, Volvo or Jaguar this is definitely the place you want to be buying it from.
