Village Euro have just serviced my Audi A6 Allroad. Excellent service and communication. Nothing was too much trouble, everything completed efficiently and the bill wasn’t too bad.Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

Best service I have had in the hawkes bay ..friendly, kind , explain things clearly and didnt leave me wondering about what needs to be done and what was done and also they are not over the top expesive and they give your car back clean and car washed..will definitly go back and recommend this place

i took my 335i to the shop with many fault code today , problem sort very quick!!! and got my car clean as well. friendly and amazing service at affordable price !! no hiding cost!! these people are genius European specialist. will come for service again highly recommended!!!!! thank you agian !!!

The prices they quote are reasonable, especially compared to a dealership. The staff are friendly and helpful which is nice for a guy who knows nothing about cars.

The best in the business. Jason and his team did an amazing job repairing our VW golf. Last week we had issues with our gearbox. He was very quick to diagnose the issue along with a real clear explanation of the fault. He completed and repaired the vehicle way cheaper than Eurocity and all fixed in matter of few days.I was really impressed with his manner and constant communication to keep me updated on the progress. Also to my surprise when I received my vehicle is was cleaned and polished inside out. I would 100% recommend Jason and his team for any vehicle work. Honest and reliable. Thanks again

Started of well with some work that they did but as a result of that they needed new parts. They said they ordered them but 3 1/2 months later no sign. Chased, very evasive in never answering phone, txts or returning calls after I dropped in. I wouldn’t waste my time. Shame because we have 3 cars they could have serviced
