As a tenant, you definitely get mixed experiences with property managers, to say the least. However, the complete opposite is the case with Kylie. She treats you genuinely like a human being, is incredibly responsive, has integrity and professionalism, and I do feel like I can trust that she will take whatever concerns or queries I have seriously. Not to mention, she is just personally a really lovely person to interact with.

As an international student in a new country, it’s already quite stressful navigating and settling in. However, Kylie was very understanding and made the move into my apartment super easy and comfortable.Everything from the paperwork, the cleanliness of the apartment as well as her communication throughout was top notch!I can wholeheartedly recommend Excella to anyone looking for property rentals.

We have been renting under Excella Property Rentals for the past year and we can only think of positive comments and kind words to say. Kylie has been very professional from the beginning and it is always a delight interacting with her.One thing we remember, we were provided a comprehensive entry inspection report at the start of our tenancy, which was new to us and we were amazed on how each item were carefully written and inspected, including a number of pictures for reference. The property is tidy and in very good condition when we first moved in.In terms of communications and notices, the details and information we receive are always thorough. Whenever we have concerns or questions, Kylie responds and addresses our concerns to the best of her ability.She does not only care for the properties and the owners, but she also cares for the tenants equally.
