Installed new dual fuel cooker and replaced existing piping & fittingsto make legal. Existing piping and fitting's put in less than 2 months earlier by another Hamilton business.

I am SO impressed with this business. I bought an insinkerator and it was partially installed by my builder's plumber. Two months later I had trouble with it, and I phoned the Insinkerator Distributor and they suggested two plumbers in Hamilton - F B Hall was one.I contacted them quite late yesterday afternoon, and described the (smelly) problem - that i had inadvertently caused.By 08.00 am this morning a charming Max" called and arranged to be at my home in 20 minutes. True to his word

Gas fire service and fan replacement. Contacted Rinnai themselves and a number of plumbers. Pretty much got no or aggressive responses from others but these guys got back to me in a reasonable time period with a rough cost estimate for the part. Turned up the next day - no drama. Part was a little bit more than they quoted, but I am very happy with the service provided and the communication and the overall cost for the work they did was fine. Gas fire cleaned up and serviced really beautifully and is now in tip top condition for a few more years. Going to look at using these guys for any future gas or plumbing work! Can see why they are running at 4.7 stars on here, just no drama old fashioned service which is rare these days.

Woke up to no hot water. Shower ran cold. Gas water heater not working. So called FB Hall. Explained the situation to the foreman who had somebody round straight away. Prepared to leave a loan machine but diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Also fixed an outside tap while there. Great service all round for both gas and water repairs. They are my 'go to' plumber every time.

Bruce and the team provided me with great service and communication throughout planning the installation of an external Rinnai continuous hot water unit as replacement for my internal HWC. And then with a gas central heating unit. They were more than happy to work in with me and my requirements.

F B Hall were recommended to me by a residents Facebook post. First gap in the rain Tony and Amber came, got up on the roof and quickly diagnosed the issue. It needed a 2nd visit to resolve but they arrived barely 20 minutes after I called the workshop, to report it was still leaking after their first visit, and it was swiftly sorted.

Called as I needed a leak fixed in the bathroom and they were there that same day and they arrived on time. I'm no plumbing expert and thought I'd need pipes replaced but it turned out to simply not be sealed correctly which was promptly sorted, they could have sold me anything so I really appreciate their honesty. Katrina and Bruce were great over the phone and Bruce had great advice for me which was super helpful. If you want a plumber you can trust who are well priced and deliver good old fashioned kiwi service then don't go past these guys. Thanks to Katrina, Bruce and the plumber for an exceptional service experience.

Exceptional service from FB Hall . They installed a shower slider for my mother who had just had surgery . I called them in the morning and they were there in the afternoon . We were so impressed that we called them back and asked them to replace the waste disposal unit . They came the very next day . Both tradespeople were polite , efficient and did a great job . I can’t recommend highly enough .

The flue for my gas central heating system was leaking from the seal around the roof and letting water into the roof cavity. Tony came earlier than I expected him and I wasn't home at the time. But because he didn't need to go into the house he fixed it and was gone before I came home. He did a fantastic job and in the 2 or more months since the job was done, no leaks AT ALL! I'm very happy with the service and workmanship. Thank you, Tony.
