Propertyscouts have given me great, professional service for the whole time I've owned my place in Tasman village. Nick has contacted me in good time when things needed to be done or have gone wrong with the house, and been very accommodating when I have preferred tradies, or preferred to do things myself.With one exception, they've found very good tenants for me, and rental income has been very consistent and fuss-free.I recommend Propertyscouts to any owner looking for an easy to deal with, reliable, professional agency to manage their property.

I have found property Scouts great to deal with. Everytime i have contacted NIck Kemplen with an issue re my rental, things have been sorted very quickly , often in the same day.I have found Property Scouts to be professional every time I have dealt with them. I have been dealing with Nick for 5 years and he has been consistently reliable with any issue , every time without fail. When leaving the apartment I found him to be very fair and reasonable, in fact he was helpful. An excellent experience.
