Helen is my professional debriefer. My last session really got me moving in an area that was really stuck. The next day everything fell into place like magic. Such a relief.

Wan was first recommended to me by a friend two years ago when I had done a pretty bad back injury and needed help getting back on my feet. Wan’s acupuncture and massage skills were instrumental in my recovery. Since then I have continued to attend regular appointments at Acu Health Care - I find the benefits incredibly positive for better sleep, lower stress levels and general overall good health. If I do have an active injury, I find my recovery is much quicker and smoother, thanks to Wan’s knowledge and skills.

I completed a few of Csaba’s Along the Path courses and all of them have helped me to improve my life and understand myself to a deeper level. The techniques I learnt from his ATP addiction course helped me to not only quit smoking cigarettes but gain awareness on why I had the desire to smoke. It was such a freeing feeling to know I have the power to release myself of the habits that have a negative impact on my life. I am so grateful to have met Csaba and participate in his courses as he is an extremely wise and kind practitioner and teacher.

I recently took part in the ATP 1 course that Csaba has created, due to a journey i have taken to balance myself. I awoke Monday morning feeling so light and so different. I feel blessed to be on this path and i look forward to the next level, ATP2. With dedication from my whole self, guidance from light and the outstanding direction provided by Csaba, i feel and know my life will be better, in turn being more energised for myself and to follow my path as a healer.

Where should I start, he is my person who I go first, his knowledge about Naturopathy, Kinesiology, Osteopathy always blows me away...He helped me so many times with my health problems and aches and pain. His holistic back round and understanding the human body is amazing. We are so privilege to have him here in Napier. Thank you Richard for getting me back on my feet for the last 10 years, and always squeezing an appointment in when I am under pain.
