Ruth went above and beyond helping myself send a big parcel box from napier to Brisbane arriving there on the 5th working day. Bruce secured the box tight giving me piece of mind. Both very lovely people,would highly recommend there services.

I needed to send a large aerial hoop to Waiheke Island from Hawkes Bay. The Post Shop wouldn't even give me a quote, so after a friend recommended Pack & Send, I called in and spoke to Ruth. She was so helpful and friendly and gave me a quick price over the phone. I dropped off the hoop on a Thursday afternoon at 3pm.It was delivered by 11:30am to Auckland the following day. (It was decided to send to AKL instead, as it was a delivery option and far cheaper and the recipient could collect the hoop from a family member.)Ruth provided a tracking link via email AND also tracked it, providing me with an email update when it had been delivered. Incredible service, such warm and lovely owners. I will definitely be back!
