Been going here for a few times to sell exactly the same scrap metal each and every time. When dealing with the guys the always give different prices. once is was $3.50 per kg then $2.80 then $2.00, after they think they are doing me a favor by giving me money, I will never return and they lost a customer by being greedy.

Quite possibly the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I was called straight back when i requested an 'instant quote' the person didn't announce who he was or what company he was from, didn't actual have a number prepared and it was more was like i was talking to someone off the street doing a dodgy dealing. He got details completely wrong and when i chased up he had me put on hold for 2 minutes when he had called me. I wrote a complaint on the website and they have since apologized, however I feel this doesn't excuse anything. The management of the company needs address this. The professional image that website shows vs what you get on the phones is night and day.

Went to Sims today with a car load of scrap metal. Great experience from friendly safety conscious staff. The lady at the weigh bridge is very helpful and friendly ,and also gives very clear instructions round safety on the site.Staff at the drop off area were friendly and quickly to offer assistance to unload.Went back to hand back high via vest and helmet and were given money for the strap.Great friendly culture and very helpful.Thanks for a great experience dumping scrap metal.
