Went to an open home today and met one of the rudest & arrogant real estate agent Lance Dean.Mr. Dean was very impolite to us when we spoke to him over the phone a few days back and today when we met him in person, we were not surprised to find how discourteous and insolent person he is. Not sure if his attitude is for a particular race of community but whatever it is, learn some manners Mr. Dean.

We have just listed our property with Adrienne for Property Management. We have worked with a number of Property Managers over quite a few years, and our experience with Adrienne and Kerry is the best that we have had, they have been outstanding.Their initial contact was prompt, professional and thorough. Adrienne contacted us even though she was away, Kerry met us on site the next day, and then on Adrienne's return she met us on a Sunday as otherwise we wouldn't be able to meet with her.She has tenanted our property in less than a week and during this process has been outstanding in keeping us informed, seeking our input and being proactive. We highly recommend Adrienne and Kerry.
