Chemist Warehouse Ronwood Centre

Just had a great online experience served by staff Ke Ma, a super nice guy and very patiently! We went to CW flat bush and manukau mall shops were told the Gwp are not available, Ke said they have in Ronwood shop, and can help us with the shopping.Thanks so much for sending items to west Auckland for us. What a wonderful shopping experience!

Very poor service, called to pickup prescription the lady put me on hold almost 15 minutes u till call drop.Worst customer service and not making any easy for customer to purchase the product. Really need to improve the customer satisfaction level!

They can not handle alot of prescriptions. Would appreciate it if they are honest with the wait times and if they can actually take more prescriptions, especially when staff are about to finish for the day. Had to wait over 45minutes when Flatbush Chemist Warehouse would have done it already. Also the staff seem to busy mucking around and shoppers kept coming to the ONLY pharmacist to ask her where stuff were. When they first opened they were amazing. But it seems they just hire anyone these days.

Pharmacist have no sympathy or willing to help nor have any training to provide recommendations for commom cold/flu. I can not see a GP on short notice and the pharmacist could not help with anything or ask about my condition to be able to advise some comfort. They are not interested in helping customers besides handing out medication for perscription. Useless honestly, The attitude is really unwelcoming, they seemed to have no idea how to talk to customers and advise their limitation on which medication they can provide. Todays experience Saturday 20th May, two ladies managing the counter have shown the lack of experience in handling customers. I seriously despise these two young ladies. Take a customer service course to go with you pharmacist degree. Learn to be polite, treat people with respect, no question is a stupid question.

The worst branch in terms of service from my experience. The one in the Mall, just 1 minute drive away, is much better. Not only the service is shocking, they also get out of any warranty and replacement matters.

Friendly staff and always there to help customers, but unfortunately I have had my flu jab done the other day here. Don’t get your flu jab here. My arm has swollen up and looks like a huge insect bite. (It’s not)Not sure the pharmacist knew what she was doing to be honest

Visited the store today (8 July). Happy to say that I was pleased with the service I received today. Went in to get a few perfumes and it was a bit busy at the time, however the young lady in fragrance managed to help everyone out very quickly, good customer service and very kind I didn’t manage to get her name but I will be back in a few weeks on a Saturday to tell her I appreciated the good service.

I just wasted 20 mins on call waiting for the dispensary so I cut the call and rang again some girl picked up saying I can transfer you to the dispensary again and tell them to pick up but then she just hang up the call . Worst service ever I went the other day and saw 5 staff members just talking and laughing at the front counter while no one is helping the customers I’ve seen that in Westfield manukau mall and ronwood drive. Also the staff are useless when you ask about an item they go quiet and ignore you or walk away and also say sorry I don’t know , it’s happen every Time I’ve been to a store . Customer service is key and needs to be improved
