This place when you come to buy there product it's really good service and welcome,when your product have issue, it's really hassle to contact them to come fix for you.I have bought New fridge from them and cost me $5000 and they send our leaking gas product, and the fridge are not cool after 3 month time , and you need to refill gas every 3 month.try contact they service phone for last 3 day no one answer phone, and email them no reply back to you.I recommend to all Nz Bakery & Caffe business do not buy any product from them.It really complex when your product have any issue and try contact them to come to fix for you, and they don't want answer the phone , and alway put you on the line for more than hours and still no answer-to you.thanks.

A really perfect lovely little shop with everything you need related to baking, including unique accessories and supplies, all beautifully displayed in a lovely clean atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Up to my last visit I would have said it's a nice store. Customer service was particularly with main one person otherwise it could be hit and miss. From my last visit I was causally browsing at items on a table that were for sell. Talking to the salesperson she showed me different parts of this lunchbox and what it can do. There was a container you could freeze separately and slot inside to keep the food cold on the good. I asked if it was water tight and this was an important thing for me to ask. I already had a bunch of watertight containers at home of another brand but I liked that I could put different elements dry and wet foods as well as keeping it cold.Unfortunately it wasn't watertight, that morning I had turned the container on its side, just want to check before putting in a leather bag.When I rang in telling what happened and then having to argue that it has to be fit for purpose meaning that you can't sell someone an item like this container, telling them it does something when it clearly does not. She had no interest in refunding me the container despite me explaining her that this container is now no good for me, that I wouldn't have bought it if I had been given a more accurate discription of the product. The only compensation she was willing to offer was store credit of the container. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store and she has lost a loyal customer for the sake of a $30 container. She was imminent that she wouldn't help pay for the cost of cleaning my leather bag, it's almost like it's my outlook. I was the silly one for trusting the sales pitch.Having worked in customer service myself sometimes a customer doesn't know just how good a business is until something goes wrong. It should have been a genuine opportunity to show how honorable and trustworthy they are and they have ended up showing me the extent of the opposite. If my experience is anything to go buy, be weary when you purchase your next item there.

The worst service and the worst appliances. They break down constantly. They give you warranty but can never get a technician to come and fix the issue. Spare parts department is the worst! They can never seem to locate your part and if they do it takes weeks to arrive. Last time I will be buying appliances off this company.Unreliable

Washpro was great! I needed some new commercial kitchen equipment to set up my bakery/cafe's kitchen but honestly, I had no idea where to get started. The consultants worked with my chef for free to ensure that we had the right equipment for what we were looking to set up. Their customer service was so friendly and helped me find some great deals on some awesome products! They were the best!

Worst in communication and very very poor customer service, never ever coming back and guys please check carefully before you order online or paying for a service online as they failed to provide us with product we ordered in February 2021 and dragged us with reasons and ending up in getting a refund. this refund was done today 31st May 2021. not even worried about anything just simply they gave the refund and the pain is with us as customers waiting and believing on their false promises. Don't even deserve a star

Worst experience. If I could, I would have given them no stars. Bought 2 door commercial bar fridge, broken within two years.We are in hospitality for almost 18 years never come across anything like that with other companies. New means at least the product should go10+years. They have cheap Chinese product, I have a feeling they aren't new, it seems like their products are more like refurbished.Advice- Please don't go for their products if you don't want to get ripped off- ultimately the age of product would be less than half in comparison to even good second hand ones!

always make special trips to come get some yummyness from this place. The lady at the counter is so friendly.

Don't waste your time. spoke to Robin 3 times on the phone asking for him to advise the shipping fee kept saying he would then stopped taking my calls seems dodgy - stay away
