Washpro was great! I needed some new commercial kitchen equipment to set up my bakery/cafe's kitchen but honestly, I had no idea where to get started. The consultants worked with my chef for free to ensure that we had the right equipment for what we were looking to set up. Their customer service was so friendly and helped me find some great deals on some awesome products! They were the best!

Don't waste your time. spoke to Robin 3 times on the phone asking for him to advise the shipping fee kept saying he would then stopped taking my calls seems dodgy - stay away

I've been a customer of Washpro for a few years now and they've been a great company to work with. They have a really good selection of kitchen equipment, the staff is very friendly and I never had to wait more than an hour for someone to call me back. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that can support you post purchase!

Avoid at all cost. Sells broken equipement and don't pick up the phone afterwards.

I had a great experience with Washpro. The customer service was excellent and they did a great job addressing all of my questions. They also did a fantastic job installing my new dishwasher for me - it's been working really well, even on the fast cycle! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for commercial kitchen equipment!

I purchased a dish washer form wash pro three weeks ago they still havent shiped it i followed up countless amounts of times and got a answer maybe three times every time i recived empty promisis this company might just be a scam please use paypal ive been promised a refund but this hasnt hapened and the shop owner doesnt take my calls ps the number on their website is disconected

I'm not a huge fan of shopping for things, so when I was told by my friends how easy it is to buy a dishwasher at Washpro, I was thrilled. They have a wide selection and the customer service staff is very helpful. I finally got around to buying one and they made the process as painless as possible. They were just what I needed!

I have dealt with Robin at washpro twice now and I have been very happy both times I have bought equipment from him. The gear is always good quality and crucially Robin has excellent knowledge of the machines he sells so he can help fix it if something goes wrong. I have bought combi ovens, warmers and a dishwasher from him and I would highly recommend as it arrives in good condition and he is a trustworthy seller. I would pay for his equipment over something that may be cheaper and from a private seller simply because of the parts warranty and after sales service he provides. Some of this equipment is not simple so is important to have someone with expertise that you can call on. I will be buying from Robin in the future as he has always provided excellent customer service and delivers a great product for a fraction of the price of a new machine.

Scam website. Do not use! Takes the money then stops answering calls. All the 5 star reviews look like they're generated by him and his associates as they include professional language people just don't use in reviewsStay away!
