I come here with my mum almost every week! Absolutely love their bread, buns, etc.

Absolutely love this place. Now I really don't miss anything from Fiji. Reasonable pricing.

Cream bun is nice but 1 star is for the customer service. First time I have been to a bakery where they don't want to sell to customers in the store rather keep it for the maybe customers. It's not First come first serve rather a limited amount for a customer. If something is a hotsale than bake more of it rather have limits on it. Customers come from quite far and they don't want to be turned away because u want to keep it for customers who are not even there.Edit:Seems like you want to justify your actions or customer service to please your self rather than listen to what customers have to say on how to improve. That's ok. You are very true. Your are operating bakery not pre-order sales shop, so anything on the selves is to be sold to the customer at the counter not told that sorry even though I have 6 on the shelves but can only give u 5 because you haven't pre-ordered. But again you wouldn't understand coz you only like to hear positives. So putting it bluntly cream bun is great your customer service pathetic. You can reply to this all you want but not coming to your bakery again. Oh BTW if want to run a pre order bakery you need to have it on your Google page.

The actual cream buns were very close to the ones from Fiji. Were fresh and tasty however on the website it says $4.50 but in the shop the price is $5.00 and the shop next to it is $4.99. You'd think they bake it fresh and hence the price would be abit cheaper from elsewhere.

They done even deserve one star, iam a very regular customer but today on 30th oct the lady at the counter was very rude, she is very rude, bad customer serviceJust saw a reply from her, ummm excuse me there was no discussion on pay wave, and i totally agree with karma, afcause was supporting our community but its a waste .for you.I will definitely tell people about this also excuse me you talking about not being rude than go and check all your reviews there are people who is commenting on yoyr behaviour lady.

Can not fault their service, customer service is good, lady looking after front count is always nice to deal with. Bread is tasty and takes me back home. Bread is warm and fresh, once or twice found the long loaf to be too hard? Insure why but 99.99% no complaints I much say. Been visiting them once a week for last 3 years. Keep up the great work guys!
