Bicycle club

My son thoroughly enjoyed his forest to beach ride. Came back buzzing with all sorts of stories to tell. Janet is very encouraging and engaging with the children and makes it incredibly fun. Thanks for such a great day.

Booked a coaching session with Janet to check my riding technique and to get some pointers on how I could improve for the long trail rides. Fantastic, so helpful. Came away with little changes I learnt on the day that have helped tremendously, lots of helpful and practical tips. So pleased I made the effort to do this, will definitely have some more sessions with Janet.

Wow, I learned so much. Its not always the big things that matter, it is all the little things put together that removes fear and doubt and provides a new meaning to being more confident when confronted with the unexpected incidents when riding a bike. Thank you Janet for your wisdom and making every happen through practice and hands on. I hope I may never have to use all what I have learned, but al least I can now be of service to others who might be in strife.Oh, by the way, keeping a bike clean will now be a fashionable art. Very cool place!

They're top notch. I don't say that lightly. Overall, the workout classes get a 9 out of 10 from me. Smart programming, variety, fun, and always high-energy.An amazing venue, well equiped modern gym, great machines, clean and tidy. And the staff they are all so amazing, friendly and helpful.

The best gym, staff and atmosphere! The classes have such great variety and the trainers push you in a fun, but motivating way. The gym layout is great and gives you enough space to move around comfortably, and the facility itself is always clean and looked after well.I also love that there is a vending machine with supplements and allfit promotional items for sale! Drink bottles etc. Great gym overall and I have no plans to move anywhere else!

I had my first bike lesson today and it was amazing. Janet is very patient and explain the technics really well. We covered the basics and at the end of the lesson I was able to do a couple of pedals. I felt confident that one day I could actually ride a bike ! I can’t wait my next lesson. Thank you Janet.

I loved my couple of times i spent riding here on my 2020 Christmas holiday.I really enjoyed the features, which are the best I have seen so far at a MTB Park.Their is a few trails i had ridden that are fast and flowy and others that are just great to ride.I only managed to ride one black trail which was fun.I am definitely coming back to do the trails i haven't done.Two or three had been under construction but I would expect they'll be done now.

Have been going here for quite a few years now and love it, I especially love the classes that they offer - particularly Pilates, yoga and spin class. All staff are super friendly and always willing to help or offer advice and support. Always clean and hygienic. Highly recommend this gym to anyone who asks :)
