This review is for the MSD senior services Henderson:I am a regular at MSD senior services at Henderson as I take my grandmother to see her case officer. Yesterday (Monday 28th of November, 2022 around 4pm), I saw the worst treatment any senior member of the community could ever get!!I saw an elderly indian couple who went to the MSD senior services desk between 4pm (unsure of the time) and asked the receptionist for some assistance. I could see that they had some questions as they had some forms they'd filled out.The white receptionist lady screamed at them on top of her lungs I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. I CAN'T HELP YOU HERE. YOU NEED TO SORT YOUR THINGS THEN COME BACK". We were not even inside the senior services desk and heard her all the way outside the lobby. I thought someone was causing trouble inside and saw this lady screaming at the elderly couple. The security was just standing there blankly. Others looked away like nothing happened.I could see that they were in tears and walked out with all their forms.I wish I could understand what their situation is/was. This is the most disgusting attitude I've ever seen especially to our senior citizens.I've given 1 star for all the good staff that I've come across but I am so shocked to witness this attitude.MSD

Staff were friendly and welcoming however no signs or advice on what to do once in the office - do you queue do you go and sit in one of the cubicles til someone comes to assist you hard to know when you arrive

Staff were great and handled my needs quickly. Even security guards were friendly.My only problem at Henderson office is a serious lack of parking.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I spoke to Cath, manager is Preeti and I was disgusted with Cath's lack of expertise/knowledge, combative tone and zero empathy of my situation and application for one-off dental costs. She asked if my partner was working and determined that WINZ cannot help me BEFORE confirming how much my partner ACTUALLY earns, nor the context of our situation either. I asked to speak to her manager where she blatantly lied about how I can't speak to one. I had to push for a call back or settle for speaking to a duty manager. I expect to hear from Preeti soon but previously, I have been promised call-backs which never happen. Even to date, still haven't heard from Contact Centre Manager Albert. One income according to WINZ should be able to cover household, utilities, groceries, petrol, commute/transport costs, medical costs and urgent dental costs... All while I care for my pensioner mother and her health complications, in addition to my own wellbeing for which I had to stop working. It's like WINZ are hell bent on splitting families and relationships before they bother 'helping.' No reasonable judgement, no practicable solutions, just rigid assessments and jargon like income tested" - sorry Cath but telling me something is income tested over and over again is not telling me what that means
