Booked a coaching session with Janet to check my riding technique and to get some pointers on how I could improve for the long trail rides. Fantastic, so helpful. Came away with little changes I learnt on the day that have helped tremendously, lots of helpful and practical tips. So pleased I made the effort to do this, will definitely have some more sessions with Janet.

Wow, I learned so much. Its not always the big things that matter, it is all the little things put together that removes fear and doubt and provides a new meaning to being more confident when confronted with the unexpected incidents when riding a bike. Thank you Janet for your wisdom and making every happen through practice and hands on. I hope I may never have to use all what I have learned, but al least I can now be of service to others who might be in strife.Oh, by the way, keeping a bike clean will now be a fashionable art. I had my first bike lesson today and it was amazing. Janet is very patient and explain the technics really well. We covered the basics and at the end of the lesson I was able to do a couple of pedals. I felt confident that one day I could actually ride a bike ! I can’t wait my next lesson. Thank you Janet.

What a great experience for our boy, a proper mountain bike adventure with a group of kids his own age and some skill sessions thrown in for good measure. Well organised and much appreciated that it wasn't cancelled despite less than perfect weather. Janet, Gill and Alex did a great job, many thanks!

I had some specific things I wanted to practice for my trail riding, such as hairpin bends, going down gravel down hill, braking appropriately and Janet was great at doing that, in a clear, patient manner. A very professional and very good teacher. Would highly recommend!

Janet thanks for the brilliant bike maintenance lesson this morning. The best part was doing it all ourselves not just watching. I came away a lot more confident and feel able to give it a go rather than rely on others. Learning how to upend my ebike to safely work on it was a biggie! As usual your teaching skills were superb.
