New Zealand Couriers

No idea how this company is still active as they either deliver things to the wrong house or they put expensive stuff in your letterbox and sign for it themselves which defeats the purpose of even choosing signature requirements! People choose to have a signature delivery so that the parcel isn’t left out where it can be stolen. I have twice had this company sign for alcohol which was left out on my deck and no doubt they have done this to other people as well, it’s completely illegal! You can’t leave alcohol out without verifying the age of the people you’re leaving it with, and you can’t just leave it out in the open and sign for it yourself because if some child was to steal it and get alcohol poisoning, your company will be 100% liable!

if i could give them 0 stars i would i have had about 4 Parcels in the last Month that have had problems you can't track your parcels all you get is that they been picked up and that's that you get no more updated information so you never know where your parcels are or if they gone missing i had one that no movement for 10 days and had to put in a enquiry using this company is not a choice as some stores use this company i just would never never use them for my parcels. You need to update how you trace parcels so you have up to date tracking so you not stressing out your customers on where there parcels are

So disappointed, once again an urgent overnight delivery was lost. Yes, it will turn up four or five days (maybe 6 ) later but in the meantime my urgent deadline was missed. One parcel has never been accounted for and I have been waiting 2 months for a claim to be processed. Enough' s enough. I won't be using them again if I can help it.

Dumbest and most unintuitive tracking codes/system ever. Designed without the end user in mind.

Absolutely Terrible twice now it has taken 3-4 days on a 2 day service this shows not include pickup day either . Sick of having to chase my parcels.No compensation and this second one told it would be delivered by a time and guess what still waiting. Goes through answer machine on phone now.Pass the parcel all the way and way cheaper postage too.My goods have only taken overnight to north island from south island. I definitely expected better for the high price rate I paid for nz Couriers

Horrible experience, a parcel is sent to me which is supposed to be overnight, yet it stays in Christchurch for 3 days and still no delivery in Christchurch. It was an important parcel and It was so stressful to deal with these people. Absolutely horrible experience. Anyone who is thinking of using this service should not. If I can give them a negative score, I would. I had to drive 30 Mins to pickup a parcel twice.Never using this service and not recommending anyone to do so .

There's no sign of my parcel but the email says the item was delivered?? I suspect it's been left near the road and stolen. I was home that afternoon but no courier vans knocked. I will be following this up today as that was the 9th Dec and today is 15th Dec.

Some times my package makes it to my door,But other times it gets put in my letterbox which is visible to all .passers-by...THAT REALLY ANNOYS ME!!!Also package dosnt Always get scanned when delivered so I have no idea when it's there.Please don't be so lazy,Bring my parcel to my door thankyou.RANGIORA CUSTOMER

DO NOT USE!They are rude, refuse to follow or understand their own procedures and loose your parcels marking you loose money in the long run and they don’t seem to care eitherThey also do not have a complaints procedure so I have found the owners name which is Dinal Shah and contacted them directly to further escalate the multiple issues that their team are cussing

The worst service ever. 1 parcel recently was left a few houses away and another was put on a random doorstep a few streets away. Not even the same house number. Luckily the kind person contacted us and we got it back. The company took 8 hours to see if they could find it.
