Dr Aubai and Christy have been fantastic help for mum who had a hip surgery. They helped us with support and advice for mum with her recovery after discharge. Thank you Dr Aubai and Christy.

Very unhelpful and rude receptions. Never answer their phones and when you try to talk to them they talk over you and cut you off. Would not recommend to anyone!

We are very pleased with the care and professionalism shown to us by everyone at North Med.Although staff are obviously stretched. They are welcoming and always go out of their way to help.Receptionist and Nurse are an asset to the clinic and Doctor Said whom we most often see is exceptional. Thanks for the great service. Was transferred to this practice and had an appointment with Dr Yulia Robb, left very impressed. Have never been to a GP that was so willing to talk through blood results and medication with thorough, scientific explanations (as I’ve found most will talk to you as though you’re a child!). Highly recommend

What happened?? Reception never picks up! You can leave messages… if you are lucky they ring you back 6 hours later!!!!! There was one receptionist in the old days she was amazing, friendly fast and reliable Now it looks like 4 or more ladies behind the counter but no action???? The Doctors are great. But the management should consider to spend on more or better admin staff!

This place is so bad. Never answer phone calls. I think they have registered more people than they can serve. It’s annoying when you can’t contact your GP when you are sick

Freindly and clean environment, really easy to book with via email. Big thank you to the Nurse and Reception staff that went out of their way to make sure I'm up to date with all my health checks!

I was transitioned to North med after the sale of Glenfield Doctors on Chartwell. Initially I felt lost in the system & became very frustrated. Nobody answered the phone or got back to you. I was considering finding an alternative. Then Nurse Chrissie kicked in. She provided an outstanding level of care, was always proactive in scheduling & communicating upcoming appointments. She's the best. Then I got to experience Dr Julia. A kind, empathetic & very personable approach...& she listens! She explains things in terms you can understand. Both have reassured me I am in good capable hands. Yes the staff get very busy at times...but what Dr Surgery doesn't. I now feel very comfortable that they have my health care as a priority & would highly recommend this practice.

Great customer service on the receptionists, great doctors and nurses. Special citations for Nurse Cristy for her work dedication, and to the receptionists - Maria and Tricia for their utmost exceptional customer service - friendly and easy to talk to. Amazing doctors too. THUMBS UP! For me, best clinic as ever.

Receptionists are rude, this place never picks up the phone, and is always at least half an hour late on appointments. This place needs new management desperately.
