I am so grateful for the amazing staff and the caring service my boys receive every visit. Tess is fantastic, and knows who I am the minute I call to book them in. The dogs adore her.I've been really happy with all the vets I've encountered and it's great knowing the boys are in such capable hands.One of my dogs gets very vocal and over stimulated when going to places like the vets, but the staff at VetEnt QT are brilliant at accommodating and working with his quirks rather than treating him like he's a problem. Which is awesome and means the visits are stress free for both myself and him. It also means he settles down and is good as gold in a shorter space of time.Would highly recommend them to anyone new to the area or anyone who's just become a pet owner and is looking for somewhere to look after their new family member with exceptional care. Excellent vet service. Friendly and professional for regular checkups (even for a nervous dog) but the after hours emergengy service is also top notch. They were happy to open up the clinic for us late on a Saturday after our dog ate something poisonous and they took great care of her overnight while she recovered. I highly recommend these vets
