Excellent service bu staff and doctors. Only thing is that i went here twice and had already booked appointments with them bt had to wait another 30 to 40 min for seeing tge doc as this place was busy both time i had visited. Apart from that everything was excellent.I was able to purchase grooming kit and toys for my pet from here.

CareVets Glen Eden
I have been coming to CareVets Glen Eden for several years. Last August my cat, Tangerine, became very sick, and after two days of tests and scans, the vet said that his condition was terminal.I came back to the clinic to say goodbye to Tangerine and the vets and staff were wonderful. They were very caring and sympathetic and answered all my questions.I remember a windy walk home from CareVets carrying an empty cat cage with tears pouring down my face. I didn't encounter anyone on the walk home, not that it would have bothered me if I had, as I was not embarrassed by my tears, and very few people walk anywhere nowadays anyway.Just before Christmas, I adopted two black, eight-week-old kittens from an unwanted litter of five from the SPCA, and they too deserve their chance at a better life. To each his own, but I have never subscribed to the thinking that the loss of a pet should cancel out ownership in the future. I have adopted many cats in the past, all strays, and know that I did my best for them gave them a better life that every animal deserves. I broke my heart over them all when they passed on, but I never allowed that to influence my thinking in caring for more animals. I have been helping a family on Gt North Road with their cats for three years and also on Dominion Road, Mt Eden where I initiated the rescue and rehoming of a colony of cats 12 years ago. There are currently four cats left and I have been feeding them over the last few days as the owners are away on holiday.Thank you for the opportunity to write a review.Ruth Moreau

Ruby-Roo (our elderly cat) has been looked after from Flea Mail for approx a year now, we cannot recommend the service more. We have heavily appreciated the ease of never forgetting her treatments and the cost is very affective. The customer service is very down to earth, very comforting and very personal. Don’t look past Flea Mail!

Whenever we travel, our cats get to holiday at Carevets. Love their care and that vets are onsite in case something goes wrong (not as yet). A relief knowing they're safe 24/7 versus having someone cat sit. Thank you, we'll be back. Meow

CareVets Kapiti
I visited the Kapiti Clinic twice this week. I saw Vet Kate Morgan."Kate was very easy to talk to and gave you confidence that she knew what she was doing. Kate is not pretentious at all. Great lady."

The team did their utmost to help our cat, and then mailed us a beautiful handwritten card with her paw and muzzle prints inside after she died. They always go above and beyond, and every member of staff is warm, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Avoid. I made an appointment for two specific treatments for my cat. They have all the details on the computer in front of them when I made the booking. I turn up two weeks later and was told I was too early for one treatment and I needed to come back. Why didn't they tell me when I made the booking? Their response: reception can't be expected to know everyone's pet plan". A 45min round trip for nothing. I won't be back."
