Just wanted to thank Tee for his amazing skills in taking our 4 month old baby passport size photo. He was so patient and helpful. It took few minutes and it was all done. The only place in south that didn’t hesitate to take a baby’s photo. Thank you for a wonderful service

I got myself passport photo which was for very urgent passport (Call out Service). Explained to the Lady that I have to go for mothers funeral overseas urgently. She assured me that I received photo in mail within 10 minutes. I checked after 10 minutes no email and on top shop closed. I got my photo next day at 10.30am. Very disappointed

Amazing staff very helpful advice on how my photo sizing frame and option i had taken in to develop and also frame they are quite cheap and faster process than what I was expecting for my portraits

Thank you Amelia at the Manukau branch for being lovely and adjusting/printing photos to my requirements. I had my 11month baby, who was unsettled and without making us wait long she did it all efficiently. :)

I had an initial problem with with film processing, but the staff were extremely helpful in fixing it and offering a refund.

Please do not go here, tho the staff were polite they are highly untrained! I took in a camera to get film for it and they loaded the film for me it cost $36. I then bought back to get developed, which was another $37 and after a week was told that the film roll was blank and it was not reusable and that was because the film wasn’t loaded properly! They had loaded the roll! In the end just wasted time and money! :/Reply: most of your staff were unsure on how to even develop the film or take it out! The camera was never opened as I was advised to keep it closed until I bought it back to get developed! So either it wasn’t loaded properly or one of the staff opened it incorrectly.

I went to the Glenfield shop to print photos with my usb. The photos werent opening and the person said i can also email to print. next day i emailed and ordered photo printing and they keep calculating the price wrong so i had to breakdown the total and present to them line by line to get a ouple of dollars correct. and then did a bank transfer, sent the screenshot and confirmed I would pick up my photo at 4-4.30 that day which they replied and it was all good. I went to pick up the photo, they didnt have it ready. apparently someone else from another shop replied and printed there and i need to come back next day or need to wait another 15 minutes. i was with my toddler and no pram as i was just wanted to quickly pick up the photos for the party that night that i was preparing and was very short on time. i was gutted that it wasnt ready after all that. i said to the lady that i will cancel it and will send my bank acc via email. and now they are not replying to my email. Such a bad customer service!

Complete rip off. Save time and go elsewhere.Went to get our lil ones photos for passport and another application(OCI). The staff had a chat with the owner I guess and I was advised the cost would be $65 as they charge an international fee if the photo was for any other application apart from NZ passport.I was happy with it and received the digital copies only to realize they were not formatted and the picture was not even taken as per the guidelines for NZ passport.They asked us to come back in to the store to photo done again but it was too much of a hassle for me to deal with them.So I asked for my refund and went to Warehouse stationery and got it done in 15 minutes and it costed me $25.If you are willing to charge your customers premium fees make sure you deliver on quality and service too.
