Very dissatisfied , ask McDonald's politely by saying could you please take off pickles in burger as am allergic to them. Got told that is fine. To get home to this put in.

Great set up, very busy but got served fast. Meal took less than 7mins to arrive & was hot and fresh. Server was friendly. Lots of seating from small - large gatherings. Highly recommend.

There self service machine appear to be broke and come up with error messages when ordering. Stood at the counter waiting to talk to someone to see if the order had gone through, staff were all to busy talking out by drive through window. Finally got some one and my meal. Does McDonalds not have court staff anymore?

It's was a busy morning, not enough staff on.Dirty floors, over flowing rubbish bin, bunch of people waiting for their orders, missing food and cold coffeeOverall it wasn't a pleasant experience. I'm sure on a good day they're 5 stars but unfortunately the day I was on I can only give 3 stars.

Came in for breakfast at 8:17 am Saturday the 4th of June. Waiting time was long. Got handed our food but not our coffees so I asked the lady at the counter how long the coffees will be and she (with a very rude tone) answered I don't know". I asked her if she could find out she said "I will when I am free". I thought this was very rude so I asked for the manager

Honestly, food is the same as any macdonalds.Service is hit and miss, drive through tends to be OK but often dine in can be a bit slow.Speaking of driving, access from some directions can be a bit of a pain with a sharp almost hairpin turn to get into the drive through. You're best turning in from Fenton St if you're heading towards the lake.Best selling feature is the large, sheltered play area. Suitable for 3 years and up I'd say. Several slides and routes to choose, it's separate from the main building but almost fully enclosed so great in all weather.Inside of the main restaurant is tidy and modern with some local flavour on the walls.

This has to be one of the most unique McDee Restaurants in Aotearoa. Love the Māori art flavour, the only downfall, the toilets were out of order while we were there.

New Zealand vacation day 4- came to McDonalds for a quick breakfast before heading out to see the natural geysers. Not our first choice, but glad we came by.This locations decor and atmosphere was amazing! Lots of tribal Maori art. Staff was very friendly and everyone smiling. Was great to see.Food was good as well. We noticed that the soft drinks were not as sweet as ones in Canada. A good thing!

Stopped in on the way home from turangi. The staff that interacted with me were absolutely lovely, friendly and really polite. I'll be happy to stop there in the future. The restaurant was beautiful and clean.
