Secure Parking - 67 Symonds Street Car Park

A total ripoff for parking, hard to access and poorly laid out. Go somewhere else like Aotea Centre Parking.

DONT PARK ON WEEKDAYS. tried to go in today to get early bird, absolutely every parking spot is reserved. Not only that, the entrance is widely open but exit is blocked so casual parkers looking for parking cant get out and its one way. Only way out is back up the way you came in. Used to be great

My bay has been occupied very often and secure parking has been doing nothing, even I reported the issue many times. One time they refurnished the floor without telling anybody and when I came back from the vacation, my car was fully covered with nasty dust. Not recommend!

The worst carpark ever to park in, believe the reviews and DON'T park in this carpark, it says $7 at the sign but when you get in there it charges you $7.50 to get out as a pedestrian, theres no signs stating how this carpark worksEntering from Symonds Street you have to go down 7 levels to get to the public parking, then to get back up once parked, you have to walk up the ramps to get back to the top(as the elevators dont work after 7pm, its ridiculous)to find no way out without paying, its almost a scam, if you read this and still park there, prepare youself for a whole heap of frustration and annoyance

Hi..I want to talk with owner directly if possible to give your contact number..because your staff take our phone and can't listen anything they cut directly phone .I have regarding deposit back issue we already cancelled our contract before we park our Car park at 67 secure car park..it's automatic payment system so they don't give us our deposit back and also cut our next month extra rent as well so how we get our money back..plz if someone know let me..we want give our money back and also we have your swipe card so give us our money back and take your swipe card..thanks.. otherwise we take some action..it's not small amount..it's around $750 and spend over there monthly car park $350..so plz give us reply as soon as..first step plz stop our contract..we already give them advance one month notice about cancelled contract as well..plz sorted out plz..Thanks

No lifts works for car park in week end.Casual park is in level zero and exit to symonds st at 4 level. Not at all customer friendly system here

The lifts only work on business so days so after you drive into the carpark and down 7 levels to find the public parks, you have to climb the stairs to get back to Symonds street. To get back to my vechile I walked to the Liverpool exit so that I wouldn’t have to walk the stairs with a bad knee, but alas there is no pedestrian access from that side. So grateful someone left around the same time so I was able to go in. Really you have no idea how much inconvenience you are signing up for when entering this carpark.

Horrible company to deal with. Believe the negative reviews. The one guy to give this place 5 stars probably works for Secure Parking

i drive insid and i see the polic, and then i drive more and polic say no go inside because crime was inside with dead man. so we went and park deep insid so we was not close with crime, i was happy no crime, but turns out to be scary so we no did park in this car park. VERY SCARE. turn out that there was murdda in the car parking and i was scared, Best places ive found in auckland so far
