Caltex - Greerton

I found the worst customer service on this gas station today at 8:30pm. The guy who was in front don't know how to greet the customer, in reality he really don't have manner, he was acting like a boss!!! It happens with me twice.

Must be new owners really lovely friendly people there now.

I went here at 8 30pm to get a drink after a bike ride. I when up to the door and saw a sign saying that they close at 9pm on new years day. I was told by the lady at the counter that they're closed so I think she need to adjust her clock

The worst experience getting petrol ever. When I walked in to pay, two girls were chatting behind the counter. The white girl served me. I asked for $40 of 91. She said what"?" and smiled back at the other girl like it was a funny joke. Then she asked me what pump and I was the only car there and she smirked. I walked out feeling like I'd rather end up on empty than get petrol from there again. When did getting petrol become a trip back to high school pettiness and attitude? Great job hiring staff caltex greerton"

Shout out to the red haired woman who works there, she is the friendliest, most helpful service station operator I have ever encountered.

Very busy when we stopped for fuel and LPG..Staff were under pressure, but still managed to get our lpg bottle filled...

Poor Customer Service---------------------------------------This evening around 7:30 pm, I went to Caltex Greerton to fill fuel in my car. After filling fuel, I had to move my car to parking place of Caltex Greerton before paying for the service as there was a car behind me waiting to fill fuel in his car.After entering the shop, the lady ( Ethnicity would be Maori) rudely said to me; never do this to me. You made me thinking that you are leaving without paying."I was so surpised listening that and replied calmly; " why would I do that?" she said that "many people do that." i said with a smile; " I am not like that." But......this time she made me more surpised and speecless by saying; "YOU LOOK LIKE THAT."I would think twice before suggesting Caltex - Geerton to anyone."

Great pit stop shop for all your on the road needs eg petrol diesel snacks etc even has a car wash

Fast, takes fuelcard, does gas bottle refills still. Has vacuum, air and carwash on site

Yes our Out Reach Group topped up with diesel at this service station. Busy business nice and clean, staff are great. Loos are available and all you nd for drinks an food an fuel of course. Great place to stop
