They gave us a verbal quote for cutting a manhole and then sent us an invoice with additional charges on it which was over double the price. When we questioned this we were simply told Oh you just don't know until you get under there". Well you got under there and you still didn't bother saying anything to us just sent an invoice which you then weren't even interested in discussing. They did do amazing job installing a new heatpump and were reasonably priced for that thou."

Everyone involved in installing two heat pumps at our house very professional. Special mention to Mike, who came to our house and gave us the quote on time as well Dante and Jagath, the excellent technicians who know what they were doing. Both guys came to our house on time and did a fantastic job of installing two heat pump units. They were quite customer centric and willing to satisfy all our requirements. Will definitely contact them for future needs.
