We are in the process of a house renovation and required underfloor/wall and ceiling insulation.Searched 3 quotes and was impressed with:1 Instant communication2. Cheapest quote (but wasn't influenced by this)3. Payment was on completion of work (obviously a company who are preferred to stand behind their work!)On completion of the job, no hidden costs. What was quoted was what we paid....and the follow-up of photo's showing their work was amazing. Builder was very impressed with their workmanship and tidiness. Would totally recommend them as a company.

Best company I've dealt with in a long while - I called them up yesterday morning to look at my (smallish job), had a quote immediately and the job booked in for mid day as they were in the area and could fit it in. The team were brilliant and very efficient and the price was extremely reasonable too - highly recommend this company.

I genuinely can't fault Bay Energy Solutions. Prompt, friendly, polite service, quick to quote, good explanation of their insulation installation process. Great communication from the office. The installers arrived on time, worked non-stop and did a great job, even taking photos of the work when they were done. Totally recommend this company.

A few months ago, Bay Energy installed underfloor insulation and moisture barrier for us. They provided great service then so we had them quote and install new insulation in the ceiling. (We had insulation but it was old and ineffective.) Again Bay Energy were great. There was less than a two week period between accepting the quote and actual installation (another company had a 3-4 month wait time!) Bay Energy arrived exactly when they said they would on the day and the installation was done to a high standard. We can't fault them on either job they have done for us. Great communication, competitive pricing and service. from our initial phone contact right through to the installation. Highly recommended.

The initial quote was done quickly and efficiently, as was the actual work, which involved underfloor insulation and a vapour barrier. The guys doing the install let me know about a leak under the house and we came to an agreement to work around the issue and they had the work done within half a day. Good communication all around.

Bay Energy Solutions came and gave an inspection to ensure we meet the healthy homes legislation. Extremely easy to deal with and very clear on what is needed. The installation of the new insulation was very reasonably priced and installed really quickly. Fantastic service :)
