I found BC2 online quite by chance and I'm glad I did. My rollator was delivered today and I have been wheeling it around my apartment before venturing out with it. I love it! I'm looking forward to many outings with my ESCAPE 4. Thanks Phillip.

Mum loves her nip-glide balance. It's easy to manouvre around her house and outside, she uses the seat to carry things and it's stylish.We find it easy to fold and load into her elderly Mitsubishi Mirage.Service from BC2 has been prompt, helpful and friendly.

This is the best walker I have used, especially as I can now walk beside the river on a very rutted path. It is also the easiest to collapse and fit into a car boot, very light and manageable, a really great purchase

We have had our Nip for a number of years now and it has been very useful having the dual purpose of walker and seat. Easy to put in car. Communication with BC2 couldnt be better and they have given fast and friendly responses with purchases and requests.

I have aways had amazing help and service from BC2 Ltd. I brougt my daughter the Nip Glide about 5years ago. She is cronicly ill and needs it to balance and rest when going out for appointments and other occasions. I also needed to be able to lift it into my car as Iam in my twilight years. It's wonderfully easy to get in and out and is lighter than other brands of walkers.At home she uses it to get around on her bad days , using the tray attachment to carry what ever she needs to move around.I strongly recommend the Nip Glide.

I wanted to get a walker for my very reluctant mum to use, so it had to look good, be easy to use and be stable. The balance ticked all the boxes, it arrived in a couple of days and mum has actually used it a couple of times. She then decided a bag would be useful so I emailed the team at BC2 and they immediately sent photos and then a bag which fits beautifully and is very spacious. Great service and a great product. Here's hoping it gets lot's of use.:)

When my wife recovered from breaking the neck of her right femur eight years ago we bought an NIP for her. It has been so good in the years since that we this month got NIP number two. Improvements have made it even better - it is practical, easy to transport and confidence building for users.

Phil came over to give our Nip walker a tune-up, and it's like new again. We have an older model and it has really done a great job every day. A highlight is using the tray to load on cutlery, dishes and everything else on the tray and especially the walking stick holder. NZ designed and personalized service is a stand-out.

Phil gives A+ service. We wanted to book a walker on short notice for a visiting relative. Phil’s communication was quick and helpful. Ultimately when our relative canceled her trip due to poor health Phil promptly refunded the full rental.
