From their prompt communication following my initial inquiry, to having us booked in within days, to the excellent service Andrew (I think that was his name) provided. These guys don’t muck around. Customer service on point. Felt completely comfortable leaving my home unattended with Andrew and confident he would do a great job for us, he was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I had little hope of removing some severe staining on our wool carpet and was absolutely delighted to arrive home to find our carpet completely anew. Carpet Repairs Auckland Steam 'n' Dry is Awesome! They do a really thorough job of cleaning your carpets, removing spots and they don't use harsh chemicals that are unsafe for children or pets. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Excellent service!
