Went to this warehouse on 08/12 around 2 pmish. Horrible service. Asked a lady about a product’s price as it wasn’t listed and she acted like I wanted her kidney or something. Yuuuk service, one of the most unwelcoming places I have ever been to. Below quality workers. Not welcoming

Looked for product online and said it was in stock but wasn't when I got there. Then had a very neurotic old greasy man serve taking way too long to serve the customer before me accusing them of stealing and taking them back through the store to find the thing, which is what security shld do, not make everyone wait while he solved his mystery, he then went on to question me whether I thought I cld see his side and I ignored him, already passed off for having to wait so long let alone appease his insecurities, very unprofessional person and not an asset to your store.

I have been to the store many times for my online order pickup , the checkout operators are good at their customer service but the lady at the customer service desk is always the same with no customer service etiquette.She never responds with smile on her face , I have felt many a times as she is doing us a favour by bringing our online orders .

Visited this warehouse today to get my posters and business card which PostNZ said has been delivered to this branch and received in 25 January 2023. After 1 train cancellation, $60 dollar taxi, plus being wet from rain, they said my posters and card is nowhere to be found? This is not professional.

Horrible place to shop staff rude and arrogant, 15 of the same item placed on an end shelf with incorrect label price took item to the checkout to be charged an extremely higher price. When informing them of price on shelf was told that is not the price and the actual price tag hadnt been put out yet and was made to pay the higher price after explaining consumer gaurantees act the staff shrugged it off like they were correct and argued there point back. Very upset customer New Lynn Warehouse 0 stars

They never ever ever ANSWER THE CALL. I agree with those comments which says the customer service desk lady is pathetic. She literally makes you feel obliged. Very few staff ( like old Indian lady and the other old lady ) will greet and smile. But the other younger girls are horrible. They are in a wrong job. I really hope the warehouse takes these comments into consideration. 0 star for those rude young customer service ladies.

Big day out at the red house looking for a vacuum cleaner and scored this deal on the mako commercial number. Got a few boogie boards to surf out the last of summer.Was so impressed with the range and price that I couldn’t pass on the 24 pack of Pepsi max sugar free.
