Very pleased with my visit. My usual Dr was busy so I tried this place as it's closer and I could get a same day appointment. Friendly service by reception and the Dr, who was also very professional, nice, helpful, proactive, covered all bases. Thank you.

DO NOT ENROL HERE! Absolutely shocking service! The doctors here judge you and make you feel uncomfortable. They are not interested in helping their patients and would rather focus on why you are there than helping with your health. There has been 2 occasions where we took our children here and the doctor was rude and openly made our children 1000X worse about themselves.

Very bad experience here, to be honest. It was my first visit this clinic, receptionist and nurse are friendly.Dr Rekha was impatient, I made the appointment at 9 am, really don't know how the Dr can go through the whole day with that attitude.$53 for 15 minutes is not cheap, and I was told I still need to make another appointment. feeling unfair for the time and finance investment. After fours days, I am still waiting for my right prescription, called multiple times. Finally realized Dr Rekha is the owner of the clinic. It all make sence now. I want to say medical center is not only a money making business, it's about people's health and life.

Last time I went I felt really ripped off. So much I have gone and checked prices at other places and we have been conned. SMC smear test $120, other places $39+5. My son's verruca treatment. SMC $90, other places $34+15. I will be changing our family doctor now, we are not made of money. Previous visits were not that high so this time was a shock.

I am very happy. Great location for me from work and home. My doctor is very good and the ladies at reception are lovely. I find cost is good now too. Two thumbs up.

I have been coming to this practice since 2004 and although doctors have come and gone, I have always been well looked after here. Currently I am with Dr Rekha and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is attentive, caring and highly effective. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Rekha Nadakkavukaran gave me really bad medical attention. She only asked a few questions about my symptoms, did not let me speak and diagnosed me in less than 5 minutes from the start of the consultation. She seemed annoyed at my questions and when I asked to be referred to a specialist, she refused. Past 15 minutes of the consultation she rudely said we had run out of time. Very unprofessional and very little empathy with the patient. The other two doctors seem to be good but I do not understand why they work with Dr Rekha. A real shame.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The worst experience I have had at any medical practice, due to the following events:- When I reached out via email to make an appointment, the first reply I received was that they could not make an appointment for me until I provided a copy of my visa. I guess they had assumed my status due to my name. I proceeded by sending through a copy of my NZ passport.- Once I arrived at the clinic, it took around 15 minutes from my initial knock for someone to let me in (this was a little more understandable due to the current situation with COVID).- As soon as I filled out my forms, the first thing the receptionist did was bring an EFTPOS machine ready for payment since it was my first time at this clinic. She didn't confirm what I was here for, whether I had insurance etc. I let her know that I had insurance and would put it through the easy claim process.- Dr Rehka did not smile at any point during my entire consultation. She looked very unhappy to be there, and as a patient, this did not make me feel comfortable or safe to be assessed by her at all. She sped through the consultation, and it felt like she was just trying to get me out the door as soon as possible. At no point (prior, during or after my treatment) did she mention a fee for the procedure I had agreed to undertake this session.- Once I returned to reception to provide my insurance details, I was then told of a fee for the treatment received (over $100), a $5 admin fee? and another treatment fee for a service I had received for free at other clinics. This was on top of the $50 something fee just for the consultation. She then went on to say that I had to pay for the treatment and make the claim afterwards as she did not know what to put the claim through as - this clinic is listed as a Southern Cross Easy-Claim provider. I have never had to pay for a GP visit having been a SC member for a very long time, I did not bring my wallet with me. The receptionist was kind enough to agree to send me an invoice instead.- After receiving the invoice, I questioned the charges for this consultation and treatment, which at that point they removed the admin fee (for whatever reason this was charged in the first place, an explanation was not provided), but went on to tell me that SC had told them I would be reimbursed after I make the payment to the clinic, then make a claim with SC. If that was the case, I didn't understand why it couldn't be claimed through the standard easy-claim process.I would recommend to not visit this clinic for whatever reason, there was just no positive aspect of this experience at all. I had enrolled to this clinic as I have recently moved into the area, but I think I will just drive an extra 15 minutes into the city and deal with difficult parking to go back to my old GP.

Have enrolled at a different doctor after an appointment today. Wouldn’t recommend taking your children here.

bad experience.. was my first visit, receptionist are friendly but Dr Rekha was impatient, the appointment was done in less than 10min, barely examined me. And she wanted to make me paid 20$ because she filled a paper for my insurance...
