I don't live in Wellington, but when I am in Wellington I go to this place- as it is better than other ones I have been to- the staff is super friendly and helpful the area is safe and has a wide range, the trampoline are firm- so you can get a high bounce. Also there are always discounts/specials, I have never paid full price! Love a good deal.

Very friendly staff in there, great place to take kids there. So many things to keep kids entertained for awhile. Good food there for kids. Also have some video games and bowling there. Very good prices there.

Worst customer service place ever.From the get go it is overpriced already and Grown up need to pay 2dollars as well just to get in. The manager is so freaking rude when she was explaining the price. Dusty as hell Also Kids got pulled out even before our time was finished Like they did something wrong? Do not recommend at all I'm not going back

It's loud, annoying, a bit expensive... But my 7yo daughter loves it so we go quite often... On the bright side, It's right next to bowlarama which is a really decent setup for tenpin.

We found this place too expensive ($28 for 1 adult 2 x children) noisy, dirty, and far too much single use plastic. Coffee came in a take away cup (despite drinking in), sausage roll came with plastic cutlery, chips came in a plastic container. And staff seemed fed up and there was no service with a smile. We won’t be going back in a hurry.

Great fun. However charging 30c for tap water is an absolute joke. You could say when booking to bring a water bottle, have plastic washable mugs etc. It just feels really bad for the customer when being asked to pay.

Had slot of fun here with our 3.5 year old and 18month olds. Get the trampoline and playground combo it’s good value for money. Our kid was spent after an hour. If you can go on a quiet part of the day that would be best, I could see it getting quite hectic in there if there were lots of people!
