John created a made-to-measure suit for my wedding, and the entire experience was excellent. John was friendly, approachable, responsive, and committed to delivering the best product possible. I felt as though I was in safe hands, and John's extensive experience was evident. He took my budget into account and I never felt as though I was being up-sold. The process of being measured and attending fittings made me confident that the end product would be what I wanted, and I was right - the suit was perfect.
