New patient at this practice and I found it to be a positive experience. Reception staff were super friendly and put me at ease right away. And my new GP really listened to me and gave me my full 15 minutes! Big thumbs up.

Absolutely first class place. Been with Doctor Ryan for years and I've always been treated with aroha and tika! Her secretary Philipa also needs adding too! Really genuine, compassionate and welcoming.

I was contacted yesterday to come and get my flu jab and I want to thank the clinic and the staff for the very professional but friendly way this was carried out - distancing of seats, hand sanitizing on arrival and supervising by staff was excellent. Well done to all.Ngaire Garrick

The facility is sterile and resembles an after hours surgery. The staff are mostly good, however there have been some problems which caused us to consider going somewhere else. Not my first choice of medical centre but it is close so will go for the basics only.

Not able to take new Patients, just a blanket no from Reception even living in the local area, not even an option to wait list.

My partner tried to enroll as she doesn't have a gp and she was turned away saying she must have one. Very disappointment with this outcome as she has been needing a doctor for sometime.
