Our first visit with the two 20 month old brothers. The dogs thought they were in seventh heaven. We got all we needed. An amazing collection of animal products. Staff were knowledgeable and very good with the dogs.

The team is always so very helpful and friendly. It really breaks my heart to give this shop a poor review as the staff deserves so much better. The experience of shopping here as of late has been that they have been very short on stock - dog food in particular. The products are also very overpriced, unfortunately. It is an otherwise good store. Despite these issues, I tend to go back simply because of how great the staff members are and because of the location.

Absolutely excellent service from the team, beautiful healthy fish and animals highly recommended!EDIT - sorry but it’s disheartening coming in to buy fish being knowledgeable on them myself then being told tanks are too small or this fish won’t go with that, I understand for amateur and first time fish keepers, but please do not undermine people who have kept fish for years. Puts you off and doesn’t make you want to buy any.
