My friend bought a fridge year and half ago. Now he has mechanical problem on that machine. This company said we will give you a free part but will charge $400+ labour fee" The machine is still under warranty. What a great customer service.I changed my points. Honestly

Absolutely shocking customer service, I have been receiving spam phone calls from a number tied to your business and I attempted to ask via your 0800 number if the phone number was in fact linked to your business and I was patronised while the woman danced around my query. Very simple question I had thought. (This spam number has been linked to your company various times on the harassment databases).If you wanted to clear that up, it would have taken 2 minutes, even if it wasn’t, I now have a very sick taste in my mouth - your reception is the face of your company...... personal skills are needed.Will be recommending to everyone I know never to use you.

Great service! John helped us save a lot of money by assessing an existing Misa Unit we had, so we could utilise as much of it as possible. He then recommended which panels would achieve the larger sized chiller we required. Installation was very quick and professional. Highly Recommend.
