Smart Supermarket
Been there several times in the past week. On every single occasion, a few aisles were almost totally blocked as staff used the aisles as temporary parking for merchandise awaiting to be loaded onto the shelves. The area set aside for Seafood is choc a bloc with assorted stuff parked there. And the exit is jammed with empty carton boxes to be used for packing by customers. It gives a very untidy and chaotic appearance.

TaiPing Asian Supermarket Glenfield
Fabulously Asian. Lots of food, drinks and snack choices to choose from plus you have your fresh fish, meat, groceries in one convenient place. A bit less tidy than your usual western shops but that's what makes it feel familiarly Asian for the shoppers. There are also stalls that sells hot cooked foods. Try them all.

Its a mix of western food and Asian with the accent strongly on asian foods. Quite a large place with multiple checkouts. Packaged food on the right hand side and vegetables/frozens on the left as you walk in. Everything is quite well spaced out and shopping baskets are provided. You need to walk through a food court to get there which means it's not obvious, I just spotted it walking past.

Smart Supermarket
I like the Supermarket so I usually go to Smart. But today, a lady asked me to open my backpack! I opened it and told her I have went to Panksave an hour ago. I had a pack of bread and a bottle of milk in my backpack. Obviously, the bread is from Panksave and she asked me about the milk! She thought I may stole it from smart! It's really unrespectful.

Golden Apple Supermarket
A decent, neat and tidy Chinese supermarket in west Auckland. For some reason most Asian grocery stores in NZ are disgusting, not this one. Their prices are good too. Worth visiting if you are nearby.

What unbelievable range of goods, is here. Well arranged and a clean environment to shop in. It's my daughter's favorite place for bits and things. Maya and I love it.
